Allegan Boys 21 vs PawPaw 9. Allegan boys drop game one 822 or 884 Fletcher Beilfuss led the Tigers with a 211 game. Game two the Allegan boys won 807 to 678, Fletcher again led the team with a 191 game, Gunner Evans added a 164. With a new found confidence Allegan won both baker games 169 to 148 and 168 to 151. The Boys have come together as a team helping each other out late in the season giving great confidence going into the Wolverine Conference tournament and Regionals. The win increased Allegan’s record to 3-4 in the Wolverine and 9-6 overall.
Allegan Girls 10 vs PawPaw 20. Allegan girls lost game one 620 to 686, Allegan was led by BrookAnn Hitchcock’s personal best of 156, and Kelsey Clark added a 136 game. Game two went to the last ball in the tenth only to see PawPaw squeak by winning 576 to 574, Kelsey led the team with 129 and Alexis Harrison had a personal best of 120. Game one of the bakers Allegan girls won 161 to 104. PawPaw won game two 176 to 105. It was great watching the girls once again never giving up fighting with everything they had starting 4 first year bowlers. Allegan fell to 2-5 in the Wolverine and 4-11 overall.
Next up is the Singles tournament this Saturday at Sunset Lanes in Allegan.
